These folks teach you how to do the following…

Xbox 360 Console Mods
This section teaches you in full color, step-by-step, how to:

- Increase Storage – you can increase storage capacity plus use your own music and photos.
- Change Color – And you can change the color of the LED's in ring of light on your Xbox 360 faceplate.

Xbox 360 Controller Mods

Here, they offer instructions on tweaking your Xbox 360 Controller LED Mod, its wired controller southpaw (swapping thumbsticks permanently) and how to add extra buttons to the Controller. For example, you have the contacts for the "a" button; two circles: one red and the other yellow. Each color goes to one side of the newly added button, so that when it is pushed, the red and yellow connect enabling the "a" function.

Ditto for the "x,y,b" buttons, except now all three buttons will have a common connection on the side, green. So to add extra "x" and "y" buttons, each would have a corresponding red circled connection to the side of the new buttons, and each would be interlinked.

Pretty similar process for the "guide" or circled G, and the "start" or circled ST, buttons - with a connection in a T.

You’ll find more details instruction and as well as accompanying photos on their site. Plus you’ll find digital photos and textual comments on S type controller comparison.
